• Chemical Composition: 9–11% w/w Hydroxytyrosol, 1–3% w/w Tyrosol, 13 - 16% w/w Citric Acid
• pH Range: 3.0–3.5
• Solubility: Highly soluble in water, alcohol, and water-oil emulsions.
• Recommended Use Level: 0.1–0.5%
• Formulation Note: Simply incorporate into the heat-sensitive or final phase of your formulation process.
