Shipping policy

Shipping costs are shown at checkout and are only included when an offer explicitly states “shipping included”.  We typically ship according to Incoterm DAP (Delivered At Place): we arrange transport to the delivery address but do not cover import VAT, customs duties or carrier clearance/handling fees; these costs are payable by the recipient and are usually collected by the carrier on delivery. If you need us to arrange DDP (Delivery Duty Paid) so we handle taxes and duties on your behalf, please contact sales for a quote.
