Procedure
- Add Phase A to the main vessel and heat to 80°C.
- Disperse Phase B into Phase A under vacuum until homogeneous. Beware of lumps. Mix again for 7 min if lumps are still present.
- In another container, heat Phase C to 80°C while stirring. Once it reaches 80°C, add it to the main vessel and disperse under vacuum for 15 min until a homogeneous mixture is obtained. Start the cooling system during the next 5 min of homogenization. Cool the mixture to T<30°C.
- Add Phase D to the main vessel. Shake under vacuum for 10 min until homogeneous.
- Add Phase E to the main vessel. Shake under vacuum for 10 min until homogeneous.
- If necessary, adjust the pH to between 5 and 5.5 with Phase F.
