Procedure
- Mix Phase A and heat to 75°C until the solid has melted.
- Transfer Phase A onto an overhead mixer with a propeller head.
- Add 1/4 Phase B very slowly at 750 rpm to Phase A. Only add more oil when the mixture is homogeneous.
- When a quarter of the oil has been added, increase the speed to 1000 rpm and add Phase B in small sips.
- When all the oil has been added and the mixture is homogeneous, add Phase C and mix well.
